‘Gotta Be You’ from One Direction’s debut album ‘Up all Night’. It was released as the album’s second single on 11 November 2011. The song was written by August Rigo and Steve Mac, and it was produced by Mac. The track peaked at number 1 in the UK chart.
The fourth annual X Factor charity single which like it’s predecessors debuted at number 1 in the UK charts. Featuring all X Factor finalists of 2011, JLS and One Direction, the song raised money for the charity Together For Short Lives.
“Good Feeling” is a song by American rapper Flo Rida from his fourth studio album, Only One Rida (Part 2). The track contains a vocal sample of “Something’s Got a Hold On Me” (1962) by Etta James.
“Sexy and I Know It” is a song performed by American electro recording duo LMFAO. It was released as the third single from the album Sorry for Party Rocking on September 16, 2011. The song was written by Stefan Kendal Gordy, Jamahl Listenbee, Erin Beck, G.M. Robertson, Kenneth Oliver and produced by Party Rock. The song proved popular and it peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 in YouTube Top 100.
‘With Ur Love’ is taken from Cher Lloyd’s debut studio album Sticks + Stones. It was released on 28 October 2011 as the second single taken from the album. The song features guest vocals by American singer Mike Posner. It was written by Cher Lloyd, Savan Kotecha, Shellback, Max Martin and Mike Posner, and it was produced by Shellback. The song debuted at number four in the United Kingdom, becoming Lloyd’s second top ten single.
“Lego House” is a song by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released as the third single lifted from the debut studio album + on 11 November 2011. The song was written by Ed Sheeran, Jake Gosling, Chris Leonard and produced by Jake Gosling. Rather than appear in the video himself Ed decided to utilise another famous ginger bloke from some films about a wizard.
‘Take A Chance On Me’ is from JLS’s third studio album, Jukebox. It was released as the album’s second single on 4 November 2011. The pop ballad was written by Emile Ghantous, Frankie Bautista, Nasri Atweh and Nick Turpin, and it was produced by Chris Braide. It’s highest UK chart position was number 2.
