Following massive airplay, the song’s popularity eventually led to a major label record deal with DGC Records. The song was subsequently released on the 1994 album Mellow Gold. The song peaked at number 15 in the UK singles chart in 1994.

    ‘Trouble’ is from Coldplay’s debut album ‘Parachutes’. The song was released on 26 October 2000 as the album’s third single. It reached number 10 on the UK Singles Chart, making it the band’s second Top 10 single in the country. Although “Trouble” failed to chart on the main singles chart in the United States, the music press deemed it almost as successful as its predecessor, “Yellow”. Two different music videos for the single were released. This being the UK version.
