    Mike Hurst and the Springfields come to Henley!

    Mike Hurst and the Springfields will be performing in Henley this Saturday night.
    Mike Hurst is one third of the original Springfield vocal group, alongside Dusty and Tom Springfield. The group enjoyed international success and were the first British vocal group to have a Top 20 American chart hit in 1962.
    Mike has since produced 51 top 40 hits and 25 platinum albums for the likes of Cat Stevens, The Four Tops and Showaddywaddy.

    Henley Youth Festival takes over Kenton Theatre

    The Henley Youth Festival is taking over the Kenton Theatre this week, giving young people the opportunity to take to the stage and perform, with professional sound and lighting support, in front of an audience.
    Kicking off the week tonight is the Junior Dancers which will include soloists, duets and groups, performing anything from tap to street dancing.
    Tomorrow night is The Proms, a celebration of instrumental music by young musicians performing classical, jazz, blues and folk.

On Sunday he was at the Kenton theatre sharing some of his many wildlife experiences and adventures enjoyed over years of diving, film making and photography.     1 – 80’s Rewind Festival Line Up Revealed
    The Line up has been revealed for the fourth annual eighties Rewind festival.
    The 24 artists include Kool and the Gang, The Bangles, Heather Small and Starship on Saturday and OMD, Tony Hadley and T’Pau on Sunday.
    As well as music, there will be themed bars, a silent disco, street entertainers, a funfair and much more.
