    Jubilee Garden Party to be held at Henley Business School

    Henley Business School’s Greenlands campus has been chosen as the venue for one of the region’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
    On Monday 25th June, around 4,000 guests will join Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh for a summer garden party, hosted by the Lords Lieutenant of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
    The Thames-side setting, just outside Henley, is close to where the three counties converge, providing the perfect location.

    UoR maintains strong performance in league table

    The University of Reading has maintained its strong performance in the latest independent UK university league table.
    In the Complete University Guide 2013, published online on Tuesday, the universities degree programmes in Real Estate and Planning are ranked 2nd in the UK in the subject areas of land and property management and town and country planning. In addition, the university is ranked 2nd and 1st respectively for graduate career prospects.

    The Line up has been revealed for the fourth annual eighties Rewind festival.
    The 24 artists include Kool and the Gang, The Bangles, Heather Small and Starship on Saturday and OMD, Tony Hadley and T’Pau on Sunday.

    Professor appointed to key role at Royal Town Planning Institute

    Professor Gavin Parker, Chair of Planning Studies and Director of Planning programmes within the School of Real Estate and Planning, Henley Business School at the University of Reading, has been seconded to become the new Director of Professional Standards at the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
