Burglaries on the Decline
The number of burglaries taking place in Henley has reduced thanks to the work of the local community safety partnership and police.
There has been a 10% reduction in burglaries between April and October this year compared to the same period last year. Detection rates for the same period have increased by 56%.

1. Olympic Torch
The Olympic Torch will end its tour of Oxfordshire at Henley-on-Thames.
From its final location in Oxfordshire it will be taken down the River Thames in a rowing boat to Reading on 10th July 2012.
The full 70-day tour around the UK will be carried by 8,000 inspirational torchbearers and take in more than 1,000 different locations.
