The song contains a fast-paced beat intertwined with Jackson’s lyrics about a woman named Annie, who has been attacked in her apartment by a “smooth” assailant. It was released as a single on October 24, 1988 and peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Stay Awake” is a song by British recording artist Example from his third studio album, Playing in the Shadows. It was released on 28 August 2011 as the album’s second single. The song was written by Example and produced by Nero. It debuted at number one on 10th September 2011.
“Sing for Absolution” is a song by rock band Muse, serving as the title track for their third studio album, Absolution. It was released in May 2004 as the fourth single from that album, peaking at #16 in the UK Singles Chart.
