    The first images of Stephen Hawking‘s guest appearance on The Big Bang Theory have been released.
    In the pictures, the 70-year-old theoretical physicist can be seen meeting with Sheldon (Jim Parsons) in what appears to be a library.

    They are taken from an episode of the CBS sitcom airing in the US this Thursday (April 5) entitled ‘The Hawking Excitation’, which follows Sheldon’s attempts to track down the cosmologist after Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) begins working with him.

    Conservative MP Philip Davies has hit out at The Voice UK and the BBC, describing the show as “a very expensive advert” for music label Universal.

    Netflix-branded remotes rumoured for UK

    Netflix has revealed plans to increase its presence in the UK market.
    The video streaming firm told Tech Radar that it is planning to introduce its app to more smart TV platforms in the territory, and release branded-remote controls.

    Toshiba has announced the Satellite P855 glasses-free 3D laptop.
    The electronics manufacturer showcased the mid-range computer during its 2012 Partner Summit, reports Tech Radar.
    Toshiba’s Satellite P855 features a 15.6-inch screen, Intel Series CPU and an Nvidia 630 GT graphics card. The machine also packs Harrman Kardon speakers and is coated in brushed aluminium.

    Animal Planet becomes Sky’s 60th HD channel

    Sky has announced the addition of the 60th high definition channel to its satellite TV lineup, as HD viewing on the platform increases by almost two thirds.
