Ministers hit out at parking fines
Belfast’s parking situation has hit the headlines again this week with the claim that sixty per cent of those who challenge fines in court are having them quashed. Several Stormont Ministers have hit out at NSL, the company that manages the on street parking in Belfast, saying that they are being over zealous and that many of the fines are being imposed within the ten minute grace period that is allowed after a parking ticket has run out.
